We see a lot of headlines bemoaning how stressed we all are, and how bad it is for us. But research shows that some kinds of stress and certain ways of dealing with it are not only not harmful, but can be beneficial! That was the good news highlighted by this video on Elissa Epel’s research into the effects of stress on our bodies.
